Davies Center, University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Small Business of the Year Sponsored by: Charter Bank and Wipfli Given based on the following criteria: staying power, growth in number of employees, increase in sales and/or unit volume, financial success, entrepreneurship, innovativeness of product or service, offered response to adversity, community involvement, and innovative efforts shown in area of local or national interest. 1-25 Employees Boxx Sanitation, Joshua & Heidi Boxx Boxx Sanitation is a locally owned and operated waste and recycling removal service in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The company has been in business since 2009 and have been members of the Eau Claire Chamber since 2011. 26-150 Employees Rainmaster Lawn Systems, Paul Madsen RainMaster was founded in 1999 by Paul Madsen Established first in his basement, the business quickly grew into his home and garage. By 2004, RainMaster began construction on new facilities that could house an expanding professional lawn care team and lawn irrigation equipment. Rainmaster joined the Eau Claire Chamber in 2004. The River Praire development has had an amazing impact on the economic development in the region.
