Join YPCV as we learn about professional etiquette. Sheryl Poirer from UW-Eau Claire's College of Business will present on preparing for an event, making the right first impression, initiating conversations, making introductions, when and where to sit, dining styles, the place setting, serving order, toasting, tipping, ending the meal/follow-up and phone and customer service etiquette. This event includes a 5-course lunch.
