Leadership Eau Claire™ alumni are invited to a great night of networking and cooking while learning some sensational Super Bowl sidekick recipes from Chef Laurel Robertson just in time for Super Bowl entertaining. During this hands-on event, participants will not only have a fun night out, but will enjoy an educational and team building experience with other LEC alumni.
We’ll make the following Super Bowl-themed menu items:
• Championship Cherry Brie Bites
• Rookie Rainbow Roll Ups
• Super Bowl Stuffed Potatoes
• Field Goal Fillo Shells
• Lemony Touchdown Tarts
• Penalty Flag Shrimp
• Half-time Hummus
• Sideline Salsa with Spiced Pita Wedges
• Play-Off Pizza Pinwheels
• Wild Card Wasabi Beer Chili
You do not need to bring anything with you unless you'd like to enjoy a glass of wine, or beverage of choice, while you prep and sample your creations. All menu items are provided. You will be working in teams at various stations. It is a hands-on experience. At the end of each class, we sample all items and everyone leaves with the recipe packets for all creations – and lots of fond memories! It tends to get warm in the kitchen so dress comfortably for class.
