Neel Kashkari took office as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis on January 1, 2016. In this role, he serves on the Federal Open Market Committee, bringing the Fed's Ninth District's perspective to monetary policy discussions in Washington. In addition to his responsibilities as a monetary policymaker, Kashkari oversees all operations of the bank, including supervision and regulation, and payments services.

When talking to someone that you feel would benefit from Chamber membership ask them if they wouldn't mind if the Membership Director from the Chamber give them a call. This special program is part of our ongoing education series for those involved in or responsible for workplace wellness to explore key topics and share information to make their programs more effective. Each session begins with a brief content presentation, followed by informal discussion among participants on the topic presented, or any other workplace wellness ideas or concerns that are on your mind.
November 2 topic: Developing Compliant Wellness Programs. How to be sure you’re successfully navigating the alphabet soup of various regulatory and legal requirements, including ADA, GINA, ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA. Answer questions like, “What incentives can I provide?” and, “What information can I ask for from my wellness provider?” Also learn about EEOC guidance related to wellness programs and recent cases. Our presenter is Jennifer Rust Anderson, General Counsel and Compliance Officer for Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire.
