This special program is part of our ongoing education series for those involved in or responsible for workplace wellness to explore key topics and share information to make their programs more effective. Each session begins with a brief content presentation, followed by informal discussion among participants on the topic presented, or any other workplace wellness ideas or concerns that are on your mind.
November 1 topic: Home-Work-Life Balance. Get insights to help you live a healthy, high-quality work and home life. Holly Hakes, Executive Director REALiving & Aurora Community Services, will speak about achieving a positive work-life balance, and Dan Ekblad, Overeaters Wellness Coaching, will provide practical ideas for family wellness.
There is no charge to participate, but advance registration is required. This event is specifically designed for organizations who have active workplace wellness committees or are implementing a new workplace wellness program.
