Update on Chamber President Search

The Chamber has hired Dowell Management of St. Paul to perform the search and work with a committee of eight Chamber members, chaired by Mark Faanes, Wipfli. A meeting was held to establish the criteria, characteristics and traits, and establish timelines.

Dowell Management will release the posting nationally in mid-November. They will evaluate all resumes in January and select the finalist for the committee to interview. However, the committee will review all resumes submitted.

The committee hopes to hire by mid-April and have the new person start on June 5. The current Chamber President & CEO, Bob McCoy, will not be part of the committee and the hiring process. He will retire on June 2.
