Each of us makes thousands of decisions every day, one of the most important decisions we make is our ATTITUDE. Happiness is a choice that comes from within us. We have the power to choose to be happy. This presentation will create an awareness of the decisions that we make and the importance of having an Attitude of Gratitude. It will delve into the understanding that we are in charge of our Attitude and how different people have different perspectives. Life is less about what happens to us and more about how we respond to what happens to us. It will cover 10 habits that happy people practice. Lunch & Learn presenter Renee Liming also will share some of her AHA moments that she has had in her career in customer service.
