During lunch, attendees will have the chance to network and gain practical ideas and advice from other working mothers to help balance work/life experiences in an informal, brainstorming atmosphere.

This year's keynote speaker is author and humorist Mary Pierce, who has been entertaining corporate and community audiences since 1996. She is the author of three books of inspirational humor for women, published by HarperCollins Publishers: When Did I Stop Being Barbie & Become Mrs. Potato Head?; Confessions of a Prayer Wimp; and When Did My Life Become Game of Twister?

With degrees in education, business and a master's in clinical mental health counseling, Pierce has worked as a classroom teacher, stockbroker and corporate trainer and currently is a licensed professional counselor with Marriage & Family Health Services, Ltd.
