2016 Business Expo

Business Expo Seeks Food Vendors
Tuesday, October 17
Eau Claire Indoor Sports Center

Wish you could exhibit at the Chamber Business Expo for FREE? Want to showcase your signature food item to hundreds of business professionals in the area? Well, we have the opportunity for you!

Back by popular demand, the Chamber will offer up to eight COMPLIMENTARY exhibit spaces for restaurants and caterers provided that they agree to provide a minimum of 700 "taste" samples to be given out free of charge during the VIP Reception.

Food vendors can choose to exhibit for the entire day including the public hours of the Business Expo & Job Fair OR can choose to just come for the VIP Reception. We ask that you wait to serve your 700 "tastes" only during the VIP Reception, but the public hours are still an awesome opportunity to educate the public about your facility, promote events, share your menu, hand out coupons or even recruit new employees.

The Business Expo Committee requests that you choose an item that best showcases your menu. The food should maintain its temperature well and be easy to serve. Suggestions include everything from prime rib sliders to shrimp cocktail. Anything is possible!

More information including a contract is available here. Deadline to submit an application to participate is Wednesday, May 31. The Expo Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 1 to decide the menu. If you would like to provide samples for the Committee to taste, please deliver two dozen samples to the Chamber by 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 1.

If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact Becky Seelen at 715-858-0615.
