More and more women are recognizing the value of golf as a networking tool. Join us for our annual Women's Golf Workshop for a fun, interactive afternoon that will provide you with everything you need to know to empower you to get out of the office and do business on the golf course instead!

Agenda

1 p.m. - Welcome and Introductions

1:15 p.m. - Golf Etiquette

PGA Golf Professional Jim Buyze of Wild Ridge Golf Course will give a few pointers on the basics, such as what to wear, how to behave, what clubs to use and what other golfers will expect from you.

1:30 p.m. - Rules of Golf
Heidi Olson of Automated Financial Solutions will lead participants in an interactive activity to explain the Rules of Golf. Olson is a former women's regional affairs manager for the United States Golf Association and former head rules official for the Division 1 NCAA Women's Golf Championships.

2:30 p.m. - Break

Wild Ridge & Mill Run golf professionals will provide pointers as you practice driving, chipping and putting. The group will be divided based on experience. Instruction will end at approximately 4:30 p.m. You are not required to bring your own clubs or balls. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.
